A lot of our ability to change depends on our ability to become more self aware, tocalm reactive patterns we have and be more intentional in the actions we take.
This course explores some self reflective practices we can incorporate into our lives to build this awareness, become more calm and centered and harness our mental and emmotional energy in alignment to our goals.
