In this course we explore how we can harness our energy and focus to support our creative output through goal setting and planning. The ability to be in touch with what we can produce under different situations and reliably produce necessary results is a powerful tool to nurture and refine.
The course aims to guide you through a goal mapping strategy, review the use of support structures to aid in tracking progress and implementing that within a 12 week work cycle for progressing 2-3 goals only at a time - over a short interval of time.
