In this section we explore some of the dynamics involved in finding a group pf like-minded people who you can rally with around a central mission that is mutually inspiring and bigger than anyone in the group.
We explore how to find a central purpose to form that group around, building a collaborative group identity, nurturing constructive group dynamics and some aspects involved in building healthy functioning relationships. These aspects are explored in greater detail within the Regenpreneur courses on self development and developing a regenerative business - but they are introduced here as an avenue for creating successful outcomes in establishing an intentional community (explored in the next topic).

It is a messy process which can be guided to more successful outcomes through intention and knowledge - but requires an artistic nuance of expression and is highly dependent upon a positive self esteem that radiates a warmth and charisma that attracts others in a positive way.
